Rates
Our
rates are $140-170/night with a 10% discount for stays that are five days or longer. These
prices are for double occupancy.
$25 will be charged per additional person/day. A delicious continental breakfast is included in these rates.
We
accommodate longer stays either on a weekly or monthly basis.
Deposits
A
50% deposit is required to secure your reservation, which may be
guaranteed by check or money order.
The remaining 50% is due 14 days prior to date of
arrival.
Cancellations
The
deposit will be refunded if cancellation notice is received 14
days prior to the scheduled arrival date and the suite can be
re-rented. Otherwise
your deposit will be credited toward a future stay.
Policies
- Check-in:
between 3:00
pm and 6:00 pm, or by special arrangement.
- Check-out:
12:00 pm.
- A
two-night minimum is required at peak times.
- Children
are welcome.
- Sorry,
no pets are permitted.
- There
is no smoking allowed in any of the rooms at The Knotty Pines.
